Comfort is Key - hands up if you agree?!

Comfort is Key - hands up if you agree?!

Aaahhhhh the never-ending days of lockdown... over exuberant gin pours, trackie bottoms all day every day to accommodate all the snacks (hard times deserve nice rewards) and a major shift apparently in women's spending habits on bras. We figured we couldn't be the only ones for whom lockdown made us reassess our bra choices... but it seems that after years of wearing wired bras without much consideration for alternatives; many women took the opportunity to prioritise comfort and resign their confining wired bras to the back of the drawer. What's more, they haven't looked back.

The decision to prioritise support and comfort is so obvious yet seems so radical! But unless you are the owner of fabulous small pert boobs (or boob) for whom going braless is a plausible thing (and by the way, we hate you a little bit!), wearing a wireless bra is an absolute no no. As the owner of a pair of double F's, the general feeling is, scaffolding absolutely necessary, 4 hooks probably wise and a bralette? totally impossible dream!

But new technology and developments in the lingerie world, means that wireless doesn't mean constant back ache or mono boob or sweaty boobs! Modern day technology brings us softer organic fabrics, innovative cooling technology, better lift and support and finally freedom from the 'wire pokes out and ruins your whole day' disaster!

Naturally after breast surgery, there's never been a more important time to release yourself from the shackles of discomfort but what if you don't want to go back?

Read on for our top 5 bras for blissed out boobs....

If you are one of the many women who complain about their uncomfortable bra and whip it off as soon as you get home, then there's a good chance that you need a rethink. Don't get us wrong, there's definitely occasion for a snazzy wired bra, but on the daily... shouldn't we be prioritising our comfort? In a world where we can have support and comfort, and rib cage free from pokey ends of wire...we opt for that!
