All orders are sent from our Bra Sisters HQ in London, England.
In-stock items are dispatched within 3 working days.
Back order sizes/items are dispatched within 14 working days.
You will be notified via email if your order includes a back order item.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK
- A £3.95 flat rate shipping fee for all UK orders.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri and once shipped, typically arrive in 3-5 days.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders have a flat £15 shipping rate.

Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and regrettably The Bra Sisters has no control over import fees.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
We are sorry to say that we don’t offer free returns for our international customers. However, if you do wish to return your items, please prepare your package with your original dispatch note and send via your preferred carrier. We will process your return upon receipt and provide you with your refund or process an exchange.
UNITED KINGDOM RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! But if for any reason you are unhappy with it, we're here to help. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 28 days of receipt.
Please feel free to remove the items from the packaging to take a look at them and try them on. However, we do ask that you take good care of the goods and return them to us in the condition in which you received them, with swing tickets attached. We also ask that, in the interest of hygiene, any briefs are tried on over your own underwear.
To arrange a return please email hello@brasisters.co.uk quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original packaging. Please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received your returned item and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
